Ready-to-Connect also leverages augmented reality as part of its virtual troubleshooting sessions to visualize equipment locations and alignments in the field. The product allows for the proper execution of new and existing service requests, modification of non-submitted service requests, and a virtually guided augmented reality experience to improve accuracy and save time during each installation. Utilizing augmented reality as a part of virtual troubleshooting sessions, electricians can visualize equipment locations and alignments while hosting a live virtual conversation with a centralized team.
